SIU, LLC is a specialty indemnity company formed in June of 1999 to underwrite select specialty commercial classes of business. The four Principals of S.I.U., LLC are: John F. Iannucci, CPCU - President and CEO John is the former President of Lexington Insurance Company and former President and CEO of Gryphon Insurance Group. John has over 30 years experience in the insurance industry. Angela C. Urrutia - Executive Vice President Angela is the former Vice President of Gryphon Insurance Group and manager of the Pacific Coast DIC Division and immediately preceding was Senior Property Underwriter for RLI. Angela has over 25 years experience in the industry. Sunil Hingorani - Senior VP & CFO Sunil is the former CFO of ICAT and immediately preceding was CFO of Gryphon Insurance Group and has also worked with Coopers & Lybrand in Bermuda, New York & Los Angeles. Sunny has over 20 years experience in the insurance industry. Guillermo Gonzalez - Senior Vice President Guillermo most recently served as Senior Underwriter of Markel West (formerly Gryphon Insurance Group). In his role there, Guillermo was a key underwriter for admitted and non-admitted business. Guillermo has over 15 years experience in the insurance industry.
