General Questions
How can I do business with you?
The DIC department only does business with wholesale brokers.
If you are a retailer, you will need to contact one of our approved wholesalers.
Wholesalers may download the Brokerage Questionnaire. E-mail the completed questionnaire to Kathy Eichenbaum at keichenbaum@siumanagers.com. Once the review process has been completed and a decision has been made, you will be contacted by Kathy with the results and advise you of your next steps.
Who do I send submissions to?
You may send submissions to the underwriter of your choice. We do not have assigned underwriters.
What is your Broker of Record procedure?
You must submit:
- A valid Broker of Record letter;
- A completed application;
There is a waiting period of 5 Working Days before we will release a quote. The waiting period may only be waived by the controlling wholesaler.
We do NOT release copies of Broker of Record letters to anyone. We will advise when and by whom the Broker of Record letter was signed.
